The verb sentir (to feel) is usually associated with health or feelings in a reflexive form "sentirse". When accompanied by (IOP) indirect object pronouns (me, te, le, nos, os, les) it follows the pattern:

Me siento mal.
I feel bad.
Me siento muy bien.
I feel very well.
Me siento feliz.
I feel happy.
We can add the subject at the beginning of the sentence for emphasis:
Ella se siente mucho mejor.
She feels much better.
