Easter - Spanish Holidays

Make Your Own Cascarones
Cascarones are decorated shell eggs filled with confetti.
It's a fun hispanic tradition to break these eggs over
guests and shower them with confetti!

To make your own cascarones you will need:
-Eggs (as many as you would like to make)
-Easter Egg Dying Kit
-Confetti
-Glitter Glue
-Tissue Paper

1. Gently tap the egg against a hard surface
to create a small crack.
2. Peel away the shell and membrane to create
a hole the size of a dime.
3. Slowly drain the contents of the egg out.
4. Let the empty eggs sit and dry overnight.
5. Use the dye kit to decorate the eggs, then
let the eggs dry.
6. Fill each decorated egg half-way full of
confetti.
7. Glue some tissue paper over the dime-sized
hole when you're finished!
